Echo Investment was one of the first investors and developers who believed in the potential of Łódź. The company has been active in the city for more than 20 years. And now it has started the construction of Fuzja – a city-forming, multi-functional project, combining offices, apartments and service and restaurant space through the redevelopment of the former Karol Scheibler factory on ul. Tymienieckiego. We will be able to see what amenities there are for cyclists in this project during our ride, because one of our stops will be in the grounds of the future Fuzja. A screening of ‘Elements’ [Żywioły], a film that tells the fascinating story of the Karol Scheibler factory, is an additional bonus provided by the main sponsor of the event.
